Casey Carr

Casey Carr, originally from St. Louis, Missouri and First XI Football's founder, is distinguished in youth and professional soccer spheres. He has founded and operated successful ventures like Charlotte Soccer Factory, and the Carolina Futsal Development Center leveraging his extensive youth coaching background, and work in professional and amateur soccer and futsal. His ownership of Charlottetowne Hops FC in the NPSL underscores his comprehensive expertise in all levels of soccer.

Adam Brundle

Adam Brundle, originally from London, England and partner in First XI Football, melds a diverse soccer background (played collegiately at Winthrop University), from playing professionally in Sweden to coaching and operating soccer and futsal ventures. His strategic leadership in organizing events like the USYF Regional and Futsal National Championships, European experience trips and experiences as a player in Europe, have been key in developing the Carolina Futsal Center, and the Charlotte Soccer Factory along with growing and shaping the sport's future.

Tim Tretbar

Tim Tretbar, originally from Germany came to the US in 2021 to get his MBA in Finance at Queens University of Charlotte and to play for their Men‘s soccer team. In Germany he played and later coached for the Bundesliga team Borussia Mönchengladbach. Tim is also currently the goalkeeper coach for Queens Men’s Soccer Team and Barca Academy. As a Director of CSF‘s School Academy he has helped grow the program and make it accessible to kids all over the Charlotte Area. Through his background and connections in Germany and Charlotte‘s German sister city Krefeld he’s helping to develop a stronger relationship between the two cities and their sport teams.

Veronica Brown

A lifelong soccer player and enthusiast, Veronica graduated from the University of North Carolina at Asheville in 2009 and began coaching with the Striker Soccer Club in Huntersville, NC, as well as volunteering with Street Soccer in Charlotte, where she developed a passion for mentoring athletes of all ages and backgrounds. In 2011, Veronica joined the U.S. Army, serving as an Officer in the 3rd Brigade Combat Team, 101st Airborne Division at Fort Campbell.

After completing her military service, Veronica pursued her interest in community building by earning a Master’s Degree in Community and Economic Development from Penn State. As a Cultural Center Director for the City of Raleigh, she created soccer programs and events for refugees, immigrants, and the city’s multicultural community, helping foster inclusivity and connection through the sport.

Veronica joined the Carolina Soccer Factory team in 2024 to help bring the skill development and fun of our School Academy to the Triangle region.

Veronica lives in Cary with her husband, Tre, and their four-year-old daughter, Annalise. She enjoys reading, cooking, coffee, and of course, playing soccer!

Jordan Walshaw

Jordan Walshaw, our TDC (Technical Development Center) Program Director, brings a rich blend of experience and UEFA B coaching skills, shaping young soccer enthusiasts into adept players. His innovative training techniques and personal achievements in soccer ensure a nurturing and effective development environment for every participant who joins us at the Carolina Futsal Development Center each week.

Scott Temmen

Scott Temmen, Director of the Player Development Center at Charlotte Soccer Factory, boasts an impressive background with clubs like Stoke City and educational credentials from Liverpool University. With UEFA B and NSCAA certifications, Scott has shaped youth soccer talents across the U.S. and England. His holistic approach to development ensures PDC athletes not only enhance their soccer skills but also grow in character and teamwork.

Cory Adams

Cory Adams, affectionately known as "Coach Cory," brings over five years of experience to his role as Director of CSF Footprints. With a background as a lead preschool soccer program coach and extensive experience coaching at various levels in the Charlotte soccer scene, Cory specializes in working with children aged 2-6. His dynamic coaching style focuses on creating a nurturing environment where young players can develop a genuine passion for soccer. Known for being fun, entertaining, and highly instructional, Cory is dedicated to guiding the next generation of soccer enthusiasts on a journey of growth, discovery, and enjoyment.
